Bryan Marsh
Education, foresight and opportunity are the building blocks of Bryan Marsh’s success in real estate. Since 1998, Bryan has purchased properties in numerous states including, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Florida. Watching his real estate portfolio grow exponentially inspired him to share his knowledge and experience with others, especially the pioneering idea that real estate should be the fourth asset class in every investor’s portfolio. He traveled nationally for two years, conducting real estate consultations for other investors who then went on to grow their portfolios through real estate. To reach a wider market, he created a live radio show called “The Real Estate Doctors” in 2003, where he educated investors on the air on a variety of topics, including how to rehabilitate run-down properties for profit, property management, real estate market cycles and creative financing.
Bryan’s tenacity and natural ability to listen, assess, explore options and develop appropriate solutions for customers was evident even prior to his success in real estate. During his time in the insurance industry, Bryan was promoted to the Regional Service Manager for the Western U.S in just four short years with the Fortune 500 insurance company, AON Corporation. Shortly thereafter, he started his own insurance agency, giving himself the freedom of self-employment as well as the financial boost he needed to become a full-time investor. It took a lot of self-education – and a keen eye for market trends - but Bryan’s achievements in real estate prove it was worth the effort. Taking those three building blocks – education, foresight and opportunity – he and his partner Ted Sitek created The Real Estate Professors to provide investors with both the education necessary to make informed investment decisions as well as their choice of real estate investment opportunities.
Perhaps the most important benefit of investing successfully in real estate: extra time. As a devoted husband of 12 years and father of two daughters, Bryan is grateful for the extra hours with his family. With the freedom of time, he can pursue hobbies, stay active in church and continually educate himself through books and seminars on a wide variety of topics, always staying on the cutting edge of the real estate industry
Ted Sitek
The Real Estate Professors
Green Capital, LLC
Prior to opening Green Capital and The Real Estate Professors, Ted gained extensive real estate experience as a licensed agent. Ted has worked with luxury properties, commercial development, land acquisitions and residential sales. Ted is also considered to be a leading foreclosure specialist, a real estate financial consultant and a real estate wholesaler. In recent years, he also developed real estate groups that successfully managed all types of real estate transactions including commercial, mixed use, residential, condo conversions and undeveloped land. As a licensed agent, Ted became a Coldwell Banker Circle Award Winner his first year in the business and a Realty Executives 100% Club Member multiple times. Ted also served on a team that listed and sold more million dollar homes during the 1999 – 2000 year than most major real estate firms combined for the Paradise Valley area. Ted has educated others by sharing his experience of successes as well as losses. In 2005, Ted was the director of commercial acquisitions for a Colorado firm and resigned in order to focus on building Green Capital and The Real Estate Professors along side Bryan Marsh. Ted and Bryan Marsh have hosted The Real Estate Doctors radio show and The Real Estate Professors radio show for over two years. With increasing business and travel demands, the venue changed from a Saturday radio show to an online broadcast.
His strong work ethic and passionate commitment to closing the deal are the standards he lives by. Ted believes that doing business the old fashioned way through powerful networking, ongoing communication and staying focused on details are the keys to success. These values coupled with an extraordinary ability to deal with the “brushfires” – and almost every transaction has a hot spot – is what he excels in and greets with enthusiasm
Born in Chicago, Illinois, he and his family relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1969. His family laid the foundation by which he lives and works today; a legacy of hard working, loyal, honest and dedicated individuals that rise to each occasion and strive to meet the goals that are set. His grandmother was a highly successful attorney, real estate broker and investor in the 1950’s and 1960’s during a time when women weren’t accepted as professionals. She wisely encouraged Ted to pursue a career in real estate. Ted lives by her motto today, “In business, there is nothing better then owning real estate.” Ted has an interesting and diverse educational background that has served him well in developing his technical, business and people skills. He attended General Motors Vocational School and later studied Chemistry, Medicine and Physiology at Arizona State University. He achieved recognition in the Pre-Med Honor Society, Dean’s List and Outstanding College Students of America. His early career path out of college included Firefighter I and II/HAZTEC and practiced as an EMT. In 1997, Ted became licensed to practice real estate. In addition to his passion of working in real estate, Ted enjoys the outdoors, traveling , listening to music, drumming and treasures time spent with his wife and two sons.
